Finance Assistant (all genders)

Our three-person recruiting team at our Oldenburg location is responsible for finding new colleagues for CEWE and accompanying them on their journey to us. Our goal is to ensure a positive candidate experience, and we are in constant communication with many (internal) stakeholders both within the team and beyond.

 

Your responsabilities

  • End-to-end recruiting: Independently carrying out recruiting processes for different levels (students, professionals, executives, seasonal workers) and departments, from announcing requirements to actively participating in interviews to offering contracts

  • Exchange with executives: Close, trusting cooperation on an equal footing and coordination with departments and other internal stakeholders, such as the works council and other HR colleagues

  • Candidate experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience through open, transparent and appreciative communication and a professional demeanour

  • Active sourcing: Searching for and personally approaching exciting profiles via platforms such as LinkedIn

  • Trade fairs & networks: Support at career fairs and participation in networking events with other Oldenburg companies or as part of the Germany Scholarship

  • Technical deep dive: Interest in deepening knowledge and further development in the field of recruiting – whether through trade fair impulses or taking on internal team projects

Your Profile

  • Theoretical background: Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology or communication, or successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources/HR

  • Practical professional experience: Experience in recruiting and active sourcing as well as in working with applicant management systems (ideally Workday) – MS Office skills are a prerequisite, as is a passion for recruiting

  • Working style & interests: Independent and proactive approach to work, high standards of quality in your personal work and enjoyment of recruiting new employees and supporting applicants on their journey

  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills, confident and engaging manner, and enjoyment of interacting with various stakeholders (especially specialists and managers at all levels), in both German and English
