Welcome to GROW, the company-wide development program of the CEWE Group!

GROW is our exclusive leadership development program. It supports employees from the CEWE Group and prepares them for future key roles. Through this internal program, we accompany the personal and professional development of our participants and strengthen collaboration across different locations within the CEWE Group.

Why did we create GROW?

Targeted talent development and proactive succession planning are key components of CEWE Group's long-term strategy. With GROW, we are consciously investing in our future - by identifying potential, developing leadership skills, and shaping succession processes across all locations and departments.

Mentoring plays a central role in our GROW leadership development program. Experienced leaders and program alumni support our GROW participants on their individual career journeys throughout the program. Personal exchange, valuable insights, and targeted support contribute to both professional and personal development – while also strengthening networking and collaboration across generations.

By immersing themselves in different departments within the CEWE Group and exchanging ideas with colleagues, participants gain first-hand insight into various functions and workflows. How has GROW helped you grow personally and in your job?
The program helped me better understand the variety of personalities, work styles, and perspectives within the group. I see that as a real strength: when we adapt to one another and embrace our differences, we create truly effective collaboration.

Your personal highlight/most valuable moment in the GROW program?
The most valuable aspect for me is the trusting community that develops among participants. Even now, after finishing the program, I turn to this network whenever I need reflection or advice.

How has GROW helped you grow personally and in your job?
The GROW program placed a strong emphasis on my personal development. It allowed me to analyse my own mindset and habits more purposefully and focus on the areas where I wanted to improve. We also learned a variety of leadership methods, which I’ve been able to apply successfully in my current role.  

Your personal highlight/most valuable moment in the GROW program?
My biggest highlight was the people I met along the way. Beyond the fascinating content, there were many genuine and heartfelt moments that even led to new friendships.

Challenge, Self Introspection, Networking

How has GROW helped you grow personally and in your job? 
Professionally, GROW helped me get to know myself better, and more importantly, it boosted my self-confidence and assertiveness. Just being selected for a “Talent” program made me realize my potential. Every session offered a space to pause, reflect, and dive deep into both my strengths and my areas for improvement. GROW challenged me to step out of my comfort zone—and that’s exactly where growth happens. It was the perfect environment to embrace discomfort and transform it into progress.
 
Your personal highlight/most valuable moment in the GROW program: 
Without a doubt, the final step of the program—pitching one of my ideas to the global CEWE Group Board—was the highlight. It was both thrilling and challenging, and I have such a positive memory of that moment. What made it even more meaningful was that this idea didn’t just stay a pitch—it became a real project I now have the chance to work on for the Group.

GROW is an internal development program for CEWE Group employees who stand out through performance, commitment, and potential.
