CEWE offers an attractive employee share programme, giving employees the opportunity to receive free shares. Beyond sharing the company’s success, the programme is designed to support long-term financial security, particularly with a view to retirement. The programme is available both nationally and internationally. 

Fitness/Hansefit

Staying active is essential you health and wellbeing. CEWE supports you in leading an active lifestyle by offering a wide range of in-house sports activities as well as programmes with selected partners.

For a small monthly contribution of 25€, you can join our corporate fitness partner Hansefit, gaining access to a broad range of discounted and free fitness and wellbeing offers. 

Childcare

At our Oldenburg site, we actively support our employees in balancing work and family life. For children from eight weeks of age until kindergarten entry, we offer reliable and caring on-site childcare through our large day-care facility cewelino, located directly on the company premises. For school-age children, CEWE also provides at least two weeks of holiday childcare during the summer holidays each year, with a varied programme of games, activities and exciting experiences—so you can rely on professional care even during school breaks.

Company Bike

CEWE offers you the opportunity to take advantage of the German company bicycle scheme (Dienstrad). Choose your preferred bike from a specialist retailer and lease it over 36 months, with the monthly instalments paid directly from your gross salary. This allows you to benefit from tax advantages while supporting your health and the environment.

Occupational Health Management

The health of our employees is particularly important to us. Alongside individual support and reintegration management, we offer a comprehensive range of initiatives including seminars, workshops, expert talks and corporate fitness programmes focused on health and wellbeing. Regular health weeks and themed health days - covering topics such as nutrition, prevention, exercise, mindfulness and safety - complement our offering. Parking Facilities

Parkplätze

A generous number of parking spaces is available at our sites, ensuring a convenient commute by car or bicycle. Parking areas are located close to our buildings for easy access at any time. At our Oldenburg site, employees can also charge their electric vehicles at on-site charging stations during working hours.

Occuptational Health Physician

A local occupational health physician is available on-site once a week as a dedicated point of contact. The aim is to promote long-term health, identify potential issues at an early stage and ensure a safe and healthy working environment. All consultations and examinations are, of course, confidential.
