Beyond sharing the company’s success, the programme is designed to support long-term financial security, particularly with a view to retirement. The programme is available both nationally and internationally.

At our Oldenburg site, we actively support our employees in balancing work and family life. For children from eight weeks of age until kindergarten entry, we offer reliable and caring on-site childcare through our large day-care facility cewelino, located directly on the company premises. For school-age children, CEWE also provides at least two weeks of holiday childcare during the summer holidays each year, with a varied programme of games, activities and exciting experiences—so you can rely on professional care even during school breaks.
