Onboarding

For new employees, we offer a variety of processes and formats to ensure our new Pixums are properly onboarded: structured induction and probation guidelines, the Pixum Onboarding Week, Pixum Academies, and an experienced buddy who supports you throughout your first months.

Mobility

If you commute by car, you can use our Pixum Shared Parking to access company parking spaces. If you prefer a more sustainable option, Pixum also enables you to lease a bicycle through Deutsche Dienstrad or obtain a discounted Germany Ticket for public transport.
