Campaigns: Conceptualization, creation, and optimization of content for personalized campaigns – especially for newsletters and print mailings.
Creative Work: Development of creative messages and storylines that delight existing customers and exceed expectations.
Coordination & Adaptation: Aligning tone and messaging with colleagues from marketing, providing cross-departmental input, and adapting texts to suit channels and target audiences.
(International) Collaboration: Working in interdisciplinary teams, for example with IT and BI, as well as with our international CRM teams.
